Since 2017, we have been committed to empowering youth throughout the DFW community through impactful enrichment programs designed to inspire growth, confidence, and purpose. Our mission is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where young people can develop the leadership, life, and creative skills needed to thrive today and lead tomorrow.
At She Can Academy, we offer a variety of engaging programs and activities thoughtfully created to meet the unique needs, interests, and potential of every child. We invite you to explore all that we have to offer and discover a place where youth are encouraged to dream bigger, grow stronger, and realize just how much they truly can achieve.
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Building Tomorrow's LeadersToday
The Leadership Academy is more than a program—it is a transformational space designed to help young people develop the confidence, character, and mindset needed to lead themselves and others well. Through meaningful conversations, real-life application, and personal development experiences, students are challenged to think critically, communicate effectively, and grow into leaders who understand both their value and their responsibility.
Inside the academy, participants explore topics that shape not only leadership, but life itself—decision-making, self-worth, emotional intelligence, confidence, accountability, teamwork, communication, resilience, integrity, and the impact their choices have on the people and environments around them. We help students recognize the power of how they show up in the world, teaching them how to navigate challenges, build healthy relationships, lead with purpose, and contribute positively within teams, schools, families, and communities.
Our goal is not simply to create successful students, but grounded, self-aware leaders who are equipped to make wise decisions, carry themselves with confidence, and influence others with strength, compassion, and authenticity.
SHE CAN: STEM
Science. Technology. Engineering. Mathematics
She Can STEM is an empowering program designed to introduce girls ages 11–15 to the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on learning, creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
The program encourages girls to think boldly, problem-solve confidently, and explore future opportunities in STEM-related fields while building leadership skills, self-confidence, and curiosity along the way. Through engaging projects, mentorship, and real-world experiences, participants are reminded that their ideas, voices, and potential matter—and that they absolutely belong in spaces where innovation happens.
SHE CAN: BUILD
Entrepreneurial Development
She Can: Build is a dynamic program created to inspire girls ages 11–15 to think creatively, lead confidently, and explore the foundations of entrepreneurship and business ownership.
Through interactive experiences, mentorship, and hands-on learning, participants develop skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, branding, financial awareness, and innovation.
The program encourages girls to believe in their ideas, use their voices boldly, and begin building the confidence and mindset needed to turn their passions into purpose-driven opportunities.
