2026 SHE CAN LEADERSHIP EVENT

SHECAN Leadership Day is an empowering one-day experience designed to inspire girls ages 11–15 to grow in confidence, leadership, communication, and self-worth while connecting with other girls in a positive and uplifting environment. Through engaging conversations, interactive activities, and meaningful experiences, participants will be encouraged to discover the power of their voice, build healthy relationships, and develop the mindset needed to lead with purpose both now and in the future.

This event is more than just a conference—it’s a space where girls are seen, encouraged, challenged, and reminded that they are capable of making a meaningful impact in the world around them.

SHECAN Leadership Day was created to help girls understand that leadership is not about perfection—it’s about character, confidence, courage, and learning how to positively impact the spaces and people around them.

Sponsor a Child

We are inviting leaders, community members, businesses, and those who believe in pouring into the next generation to consider sponsoring a young girl for the She Can leadership experience. Designed for girls ages 11 through 15 from many diverse backgrounds, this experience is created to encourage confidence, leadership, purpose, and connection. A sponsorship of $50 helps provide her event t-shirt, meals, an ICAN Leadership Box, and access to a meaningful day designed to pour into her future. Your support helps ensure that no financial burden is placed on a child who desires to attend this experience.

Thank you for your interest in nominating a young girl for this special She Can leadership experience. We are incredibly excited to create a space where girls can grow in confidence, leadership, purpose, and connection alongside other inspiring young girls.

Please note that there is no cost to attend this event. Space is limited, and we are only able to accept a set number of participants for this experience. This event is open to girls ages 11 through 15.

Once your nomination form has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent along with a parent/guardian consent form that must be completed in order to finalize participation.

Registration will remain open through August 15th or until all spaces have been filled.
